The company is looking to scale key operational functions across multiple businesses by building clean systems from messy workflows and leveraging automation and AI to reduce manual input and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Make.com or other automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
- Experience with no-code tools for internal workflow building
- Solid scripting ability (JavaScript, Python, or Apps Script)
- Basic SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing operational data
- Experience with AI tools or integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Build systems and workflows that streamline operations and reduce manual work
- Own the architecture and execution of internal automations using Make.com and no-code tools
- Solve cross-functional problems across recruiting, coordination, and data workflows
- Implement lightweight scripting and SQL queries to improve visibility and reporting
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance team efficiency and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and infrastructure
- Operate with autonomy, taking ownership of critical workflows and helping scale the business
Other
- 2–5 years in an operations, systems, or analytics-focused role
- Self-directed with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- In-person availability in Brooklyn (no exceptions)
- Experience in staffing, healthcare, or education sectors
- Familiarity with contract ops, recruiting pipelines, or onboarding workflows
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams
