Landmark Properties is looking to support the Operations team by identifying and analyzing key performance indicators that drive business performance
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Experience in the student housing industry preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Responsibilities
- Review system reports and property submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and consolidate routine reports for distribution to corporate and property teams
- Conduct ongoing audits to identify training needs and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting through system audits and data validation
- Assist with data setup and maintenance for reporting templates
- Perform ad hoc data analyses to support business needs
- Conduct regular audits to uncover training gaps and enhance operational processes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10% travel required
