MJH Life Sciences is looking for a leader to provide configuration, development, troubleshooting, and debugging for their internal platform, ensuring service requests are met within SLAs and managing backlog for client launches and updates.
Requirements
- Senior level understanding of the CSS/Sass/SCSS, HTML5, Tailwind (or TailwindCSS) ,Bootstrap, Javascript, inter-system communications, and back-end job processing.
- Demonstrable understanding of TSQL query language.
- Strong HTML5

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in the areas of system configuration, development, troubleshooting, and debugging for our internal platform.
- Works with leadership and client account teams to plan and deliver on service requests within defined SLA's.
- Manages and prioritizes backlog of service requests from daily to multi-week engagements.
- Builds and maintains reports and dashboards for leadership to review SLA's and KPI's.
- Responsible for client launches and updates as needed.
- Responsible for application setup and configuration, documentation and SOP's.
