StandardAero is looking for an Operations Excellence Intern to support process improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance operational strategy, lean principles, and continuous improvement within the aviation industry.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Excellence team in identifying and implementing process improvements across multiple departments.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing operational data to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and other projects to support business objectives.
- Create clear and organized process documentation, standard work instructions, and visual management tools.
- Help track performance metrics and build reports to measure improvement progress.

- Currently a third year student graduating Spring 2027, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
