Electronic Arts is looking to leverage AI to analyze and optimize workflows and data exchanges between three distinct operational functions within Global Operations. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, systemic risks, and opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Requirements
- Specializing in Management Sciences with a strong interest or expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to map, analyze, and interpret the key touchpoints and interactions between three distinct operational functions.
- Applying AI to complex organizational systems.
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Management Sciences, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI technologies and their application in business or operational contexts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to examine workflows and data exchanges across three core operational functions.
- Conduct process reviews to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and high-impact interactions.
- Develop visual and narrative models that clarify interdependencies and operational dynamics.
- Highlight areas of operational risk and strategic opportunity, supported by data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and propose actionable improvements.

- Available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2026 based out of EA Redwood Shores.
