Schwab's Retirement Distributions Platform is a new platform that will be a key participant in the upcoming Retirement Distribution Transformation. The focus will be to enhance both our client’s and operation partner’s experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in performing independent research of complex business and technology processes
- Experience designing a new platform with the aim of proposing platform level requirements
- Prior experience using Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- overseeing the design of the platform, including the identification of the roles and responsibilities it would have
- significant in-depth research of our existing functionalities and processes
- forming partnerships with other product owners and our business partners
- be both an advocate for quality design and an innovator who is willing to challenge existing methods
- prioritizing a multitude of requests, which regularly exceed our development capacity
- participate in design conversations
- maintain documentation for future reference
