CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support an Army Product Manager at Ft Belvoir, VA, to conduct data collection and analysis on all test and experimentation events, identify and solve real-world problems, and provide analysis to support requirement determinations and associated documentation.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (Industrial or Systems).
- Greater than or equal to 4 years ORSA experience.
- Previous support of an Army Project or Product Manager.
- Experience with DoD or Army Operational Testing (OT).
- Experience developing user surveys and survey capture plans.
- Experience with data planning/execution for DoD or Army User Assessments.
Responsibilities
- Develop user surveys and survey capture plans.
- Develop Test Incident Reports (TIRs) formats and capture plans.
- Conduct data collection planning and execution for Army user assessments and testing events.
- Coordinate the activities of a cadre of data collector personnel.
- Characterize TIRs according to Failure Definition & Scoring Criteria.
- Collect, analyze, categorize, and report data collection results.
- Prepare data collection result reports and briefings.
