Caterpillar Digital needs to develop operator training materials for various product lines to improve safety, operation, and application efficiency for customers globally.
Requirements
- Advanced experience developing multimedia content
- Competent using Microsoft O365, specifically PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
- Experience with digital photography, videography, and editing
- Experience in web page development (HTML/CSS/JS) and graphic design
- 3D modeling and animation experience
- Strong writing skills are required with preference for some experience in technical writing
Responsibilities
- developing operator training materials for Building Construction Products, Construction Industries, and Resource Industries product lines as well as other specialty applications
- writing curriculum
- creating graphics
- shooting still images and video
- developing 2D and 3D animations
- incorporating these elements into finished training programs that meet or exceed OSHA and MSHA regulations
- responding to quick turnaround requests from instructors internally and externally for assistance with training/resource materials for new machines not currently included in the ETS training library
