Selini Capital is looking to expand its options business by researching, designing, and executing options strategies across multiple markets, with a focus on quantitative and high-frequency trading in both traditional and digital asset markets.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in options trading (crypto preferred), with experience in both OTC and exchange trading.
• Deep understanding of options pricing, execution logic, and risk management within HFT/market-making contexts.
• Strong knowledge of crypto market microstructure.
• Proven track record of profitability within a proprietary market-making environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Programming proficiency: Python, C, and C++
• Ability to manage large, complex positions and make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy options market-making strategies across multiple exchanges.
• Architect and maintain proprietary components—pricing models, execution algorithms, and risk controls.
• Monitor market microstructure, liquidity, and volatility in real time to capture edge and manage exposures.
• Build and automate research/trading tools to improve profitability, latency, and operational efficiency.
• Run post-trade analysis, optimize execution quality, and refine parameters.
• Partner with traders, quants, engineering, risk, and operations to enhance models/tools and ensure seamless trade flow.
