The company is seeking an Oracle Developer & Technical Support Specialist to provide critical support for Oracle APEX and Forms applications in a production environment and develop new system functionalities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Oracle APEX, particularly versions 19.x-24.x, and Oracle Database versions 11g-21c
- At least 4 years of experience in Oracle programming and software development within Agile or SDLC processes
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, and performance tuning
- Experience with key technologies including JavaScript, JSON, Web Services, XML, HTML, and UI/UX design
- Strong skills in APEX analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of forms, interactive reports, grids, dashboards, and report generation
- Familiarity with APEX security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Experience working directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support for Oracle APEX feature implementations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain complex APEX applications
- Create and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and functions
- Troubleshoot complex issues by tracing problems through the entire application stack from UI to database layer
- Actively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and project coordination activities
