The City Government Client is seeking an Oracle Applications Contractor to support existing departmental Oracle-based applications and to analyze, design, and develop new ones. The contractor will also be responsible for assisting and guiding other programmer analysts in application development/enhancement and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Oracle Database programming 10g and above
- Oracle Forms and Reports 10g and above
- PL SQL
- familiarity with Java
- Crystal Reports v10 and above experience is preferred
- systems analysis, design, programming, application development/ implementation in the Oracle platform using Oracle Forms and Reports
- Full knowledge of Oracle Database, Forms and Reports
Responsibilities
- supporting all existing departmental Oracle-based applications
- analyzing, designing and developing new ones
- assisting/ guiding them for application development/enhancement and knowledge transfer
- support/ troubleshoot problems
- analyze and automate existing manual functionalities
