ASSYST is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) to support our client and enhance its mission-critical utility systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities development, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle C2M.
- Demonstrated experience with KUBRA payment processing integration, including secure payment workflows and reconciliation.
- Strong hands-on skills in Java, Groovy, SQL/PLSQL, OUAF, and batch processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and experience with related Oracle products like C2M.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, XAI, SOAP/REST integrations.
- Perform unit and system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle C2M solutions within the OUAF framework.
- Configure and customize C2M modules to meet functional and technical business requirements.
- Develop integration components between Oracle C2M and KUBRA payment systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable payment processing workflows.
- Leverage APIs, XAI, and web services (SOAP/REST) for external system integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and hands-on training for clients internal IT staff to build in-house expertise.
- Document technical designs, configurations, integration logic and training materials.

- Proven track record in training or mentoring IT staff, preferably in a utility or government environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
