Booz Allen is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL developer to develop and maintain efficient and effective database scripts and procedures, from vision to production-ready, in an exciting, agile environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle DBMS or 12c or higher
- Knowledge of source control, including Git
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, or PHP
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Knowledge of shell scripting and automation
Responsibilities
- develop and maintain efficient and effective database scripts and procedures
- code and deliver solutions that support the current architecture and operating environment
- oversee future functionality and enhancements
- maintain and making minor changes to existing PL/SQL scripts and procedures in sustainment mode for an Agile environment
- debug, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain the operation of the application code
- data migration from a legacy enterprise system
- Knowledge of source control, including Git
Other
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate systems effectively
- Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience with software development, or 8+ years of experience with software development in lieu of a degree
