Requirements
- 7+ years of Oracle EBS R12 application development experience, with a strong focus on PL/SQL and interfaces
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal financial systems implementations
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS table structures, APIs, and open interfaces
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development, TOAD or similar development tools, UNIX/Linux scripting, XML Publisher, and R12 APIs and web services
- Experience supporting financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, SLA, CLM, and federal administrative functions
- Familiarity with shared service provider (SSP) environments is a plus
- Experience across the full system development lifecycle, especially build, test, cutover, and go-live support
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL-based interfaces between Oracle EBS (Federal Financials) and external/internal systems
- Manage end-to-end data integration, including data staging and validation, loading Oracle Open Interface tables, executing import programs, and batch and near-real-time processing
- Implement robust error handling, reconciliation, and audit controls to meet federal financial and NIST compliance requirements
- Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions (RICE) in an Oracle EBS R12 environment
- Utilize R12 APIs and web services to support integrations and service-oriented architectures
- Perform development using SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, XML Publisher, workflows, and personalization as required
- Support data conversion and migration activities from legacy systems into the Oracle EBS environment

- Ability to work onsite in Gaithersburg, MD on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, during high-volume testing, cutover, and go-live periods
- Restricted time off during critical milestones leading up to and immediately following go-live
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to clear a federal background investigation, U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
