Oversee the creation, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive documentation and training materials for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud to ensure the team and stakeholders are well-informed and capable of effectively utilizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for enterprise software systems.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to understand and translate technical information into clear and concise documentation and training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive documentation and training materials for our implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Develop and maintain user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation related to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation and training.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle, including version control, updates, and archiving.
- Deliver training sessions to various user groups, adapting content and delivery methods as needed.
- Ensure all documentation and training materials are aligned with SRNL's standards and best practices.
