Accenture Federal Services is looking to solve the problem of converting data in Oracle HCM Cloud for the US federal government, aiming to strengthen and improve government operations and services.
Requirements
- Experience with the following: (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, HCM Extracts) BIP, HCM Extracts, OTBI Data Mapping, Oracle HCM Core HR & Benefits
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration
Responsibilities
- Developing cloud conversion developers to convert data in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI Data Mapping, Oracle HCM Core HR & Benefits
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud conversions, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration
- Understanding end to end business process and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables
