Accenture Federal Services is looking to implement effective Oracle HCM cloud solutions for US federal government clients, requiring a developer to translate client needs into technology solutions and design, develop, and test integrations.
Requirements
- Experience creating HCM extracts and utilizing Oracle HCM APIs through Oracle Integration Cloud service
- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document and test integrations to and from Oracle HCM cloud and other systems.
- Develop integrations using Oracle HCM extracts, BIP and PaaS middleware tools (OIC).

- Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
- Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
