Ongoing support, administration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud PaaS, including Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder, and Oracle Process Automation.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud PaaS support, administration, and operations.
Proficiency in Oracle development tools and technologies - OIC, PCS/OPA, VBCS, OAC, APEX, including SQL, PL/SQL, BIP reporting tools.
Experience with incident management, system monitoring (Observability and Management), and performance tuning.
Understanding of ERP integration, extensions methodologies and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with evolving Oracle Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS, other enterprise applications, and custom SaaS extensions.
Monitor and maintain custom SaaS Extensions (VBCS) and Custom Workflow processes (OPA).
Provide hands-on support for OIC, VBCS, OPA during critical incidents and complex troubleshooting scenarios.
Troubleshoot and optimize integrations flows, errors and performance issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including operational procedures and best practices.
Perform periodic system health checks and ensure adherence to compliance and security standards.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

University degree or Technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
