Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is looking to solve business and technical problems related to enterprise technology, specifically in finance, supply chain, and IT operations, to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation for clients. The role focuses on implementing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions to address client needs in government permitting and licensing processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Oracle Permitting and Licensing projects within state and local government sectors
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Permitting and Licensing software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
- Strong understanding of government permitting and licensing processes and regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices
- Customize and configure Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Permitting and Licensing features and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Oracle Permitting and Licensing functionalities and best practices
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challenges
- Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
