Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite & SOA Web Services to include: Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SOA principles and frameworks Implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices in SOA solutions
- Delivering SOA solutions across various delivery models, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Configuring, deploying, and managing SOA Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components in complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience leading the development of multi-platform software systems, including coding, testing, implementing, and documenting software solutions
- 2+ years of experience with source code management tools such as Git or SVN
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers or team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and SOA Web Services, applying SOA principles and frameworks.
- Architect and deliver secure SOA solutions by implementing robust authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Configure, deploy, and manage SOA Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components within complex enterprise infrastructures to enable seamless system integration.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of multi-platform software systems, including hands-on coding, comprehensive testing, deployment, and thorough documentation.
- Utilize source code management tools such as Git or SVN to ensure effective version control and collaboration within development teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers or team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices in SOA and software engineering.

- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) <> or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
