Ensunet Technology Group is seeking an Oracle Utilities Developer to support production operations, resolve incidents, and deliver enhancements that optimize billing, customer service, and workforce scheduling processes for utilities clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle CC&B and MWM.
- Proficiency in OUAF, Java, Groovy, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and integration technologies.
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch, and workforce management processes in utilities.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Oracle Utilities CC&B and MWM modules.
- Build and customize business objects, algorithms, service scripts, plug-ins, workflows, and batch jobs within the OUAF framework.
- Implement integrations between CC&B, MWM, and external systems (MDM, GIS, IVR, AMI, ERP, and payment gateways) using SOAP/REST, middleware, and OIC/SOA.
- Enhance mobile applications for field crews to improve usability, productivity, and scheduling efficiency.
- Support CC&B/MWM production systems by resolving incidents, performing upgrades, and implementing enhancements.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- This is a long-term contract in PST time zone - no travel or onsite work.
