The OS Platform Engineer II is needed to design and implement tactical solutions, resolve intermediate issues, document findings, and retrofit solutions for the OS Platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of OS Platform experience
- Strong technology background to understand change requests and to recommend alternate solutions
Responsibilities
- Provides effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue.
- Performs all technical program tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for the corporate Unix and Linux environments.
- initial design and implementation of tactical solutions
