Colorado Barricade is looking to solve the problem of meeting revenue targets by selling its full suite of product offerings in the traffic safety services and equipment industry.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate skills in CRM Solutions.
- Working knowledge of office equipment including copier, fax, scanner, and postage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Process customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices in system and other company software.
- Manage, maintain and update sales pipeline using current CRM system
- Provide customers with technical information regarding signs and product specifications.
- Continually build and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services.
- Communicate the status of all open sales orders to the customer and sales team.
- Register for, assist in setting up / takedown, and management of trade show booths.
- Load customer sales and equipment orders.
Other
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with team members inside and out of the organization.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR *Must maintain a valid driver’s license during entire employment
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
