Global Payments is looking to solve the problem of providing best-in-class payment technology and software solutions to its customers, including over 3 million companies, more than 1,300 financial institutions, and over 600 million cardholders, by hiring an Outside ISV Relationship Manager to close sales of business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Experience with sales presentations, lead generation, and client financial analysis
- Experience with paperless contract processing
- Knowledge of current partnerships, product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the ISV partner portfolio
- Experience with pipeline management
- Experience with Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and running Integrated Payments presentations both in person and over the phone to business owners or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partners
- Managing the full sales process
- Maintaining regular communication with the ISV District Sales Manager
- Converting leads to sales from our ISV partners and self-source payments opportunities
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Salesforce and Atlas
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN

- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner management skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team; coachability is a must
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
