DH Pace Company is looking to increase sales revenue for their commercial door systems and entry door systems by hiring a Commercial Outside Sales Territory Based Representative to develop relationships with existing customers and prospect for new ones.

- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals

- Leverage your sales experience and communication skills to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial sectors calling on building owners/managers, educational institutions/colleges, K-12, municipalities, retail sector and hospitals in Chicago metro area
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Prefer a minimum of four (4) years of service provider industry outside sales experience successfully calling on hospitals, educational institutions, retail sector, building owners, property managers, purchasing/procurement managers at industrial/commercial building facilities selling building products, construction materials, or other mechanical / technical type products and service agreements.
- Bachelor's degree and commercial service provider industry exp preferred.
- Must enjoy generating sales by prospecting for new business and cultivating additional business with existing customers.
- Good driving record and valid driver's license required.
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
