CXT, Inc., a LB Foster company, is looking to increase sales of Redi Rock and Novum precast retaining walls in Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon and Northern Nevada by developing new accounts and increasing sales with existing customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience meeting target in a construction or precast related field required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with a CRM system
- Proficient math skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue between $2M to $3M annually while building long term relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate customer relationships from initial prospecting through entire sales process.
- Create strategies using market information and customer feedback to advance corporate business objectives.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
- Negotiate and close terms of sale.
- Establish and maintain CXT, Inc., a LB Foster company, product visibility within the engineering community.
- Effectively communicate with all internal customers, specifically sales and production teams.
Other
- High school diploma / GED required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or sales preferred; will consider equivalent years' experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 30% or as required by manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
