Global Payments and Heartland are looking to solve the problem of providing payment technology and software solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses, and are seeking a Software Relationship Manager to close sales of their business solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Experience with cloud-based Point of Sale solutions
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to use technology to track sales performance and client interactions
- Experience with sales presentations and demonstrations
- Experience with financial analysis and contract processing
Responsibilities
- Explaining the value proposition and demonstrating the cloud-based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing
- Running scheduled appointments, uncovering needs, and presenting Heartland Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses
- Prospecting new clients and maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry
