Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Experience with cloud based Point of Sale solutions
- Experience with lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing
- Experience with prospecting new clients and maintaining existing/prospective client records
- Knowledge of financial technology industry
- Experience with sales and customer relationship management
Responsibilities
- Explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry
