Global Payments needs to increase sales of their Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses by prospecting new clients and closing deals within a fast sales cycle.

Requirements

  • using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
  • Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution
  • upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services
  • using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
  • Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.

Other

  • Responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director.
  • upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.
  • Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
  • You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build.
  • You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader.
