Global Payments needs to increase sales of their Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses by prospecting new clients and closing deals within a fast sales cycle.
Requirements
- using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.

- upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services

- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
Other
- Responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director.
- upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.
- Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
- You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build.
- You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
- Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader.
