Global Payments is looking to solve the problem of providing payment technology and software solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses, and is seeking a Software Relationship Manager to close deals and grow the business.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Cloud based Point of Sale solution knowledge
- Financial technology industry knowledge
- Salesforce experience
- Atlas experience
Responsibilities
- Explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry

- Valid drivers license
