Global Payments is looking to solve the problem of providing best-in-class payment technology and software solutions to its customers, including small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses, by hiring a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) to prospect and close deals within a fast sales cycle.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Knowledge of cloud based Point of Sale solutions
- Experience with sales presentations and demonstrations
- Experience with lead generation and client financial analysis
- Experience with paperless contract processing
Responsibilities
- Explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry
