Requirements
- Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Atlas and Salesforce
- Experience with cloud-based Point of Sale solutions
- Basic understanding of financial technology and payment processing
- Ability to learn and demonstrate new products and services
- Experience with sales presentations and client financial analysis
- Basic computer skills and ability to use various software applications
Responsibilities
- Explaining the value proposition and demonstrating the cloud-based Point of Sale solution
- Upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services
- Maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
- Using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry

- High school diploma/GED preferred
- At least two years of relevant experience preferred
