Interco is seeking an IT Intern to gain hands-on experience with their IT infrastructure, from daily operations to troubleshooting and deploying new technologies, to ensure the security and efficiency of their IT operations.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer systems hardware and software.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- Desire to learn about hardware, networking, and software administration.
Responsibilities
- Deploy computers for new users & set up workstations.
- Configure hardware & software.
- Help manage assets and peripherals.
- Monitor company hardware & software.
- Perform basic fixes on end user computers and see to it that their issues are resolved.
- Enter detailed notes into the ticketing system when closing tickets upon completion of task.
Other
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university and currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- This internship is not for CyberSecurity Majors.
