Responsibilities
- Leads projects using root cause investigation through data collection and trend analysis
- Drives Paint Shop quality systems and process improvements with Production area teams
- Supports Problem solving and area quality engineers with tasks on open projects
- Gather defect data and use logical analysis approach to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Performs data collection for quality assessment in designated Production areas
- Analyzes quality data and creates trend and control charts (Microsoft Excel / Minitab)
- Generates Quality reports and participates in Technology meeting rounds
Other
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
- Must be an enrolled student during all three rotations
