Guidehouse is looking to solve data science and analytics problems for their clients, including Federal agencies, State and Local Government, or Energy Provider clients, by supporting Palantir Foundry Application Development, Data Integration and Management, and Testing and Quality Assurance.
Requirements
- Experience in Palantir Foundry expertise, supporting full stack development services
- Experience in developing data pipelines using Python/PySpark
- Experience in advance data science or analytics expertise, using a variety of technical platforms and open-source programming technologies.
- Ability to design and deliver solutions with autonomy, working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to support business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses involving data science / analytics / data engineering
- Management Consulting experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop full stack application using Palantir Foundry’s platform.
- Work on both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Improve on application User Interface and visualization design.
- Implement operational applications using Palantir Foundry Tools (Workshop, Quiver, and Slate).
- Developing interactive workflow UIs.
- Develop ability to build/ access data versions within the tool as necessary to enable analytics.
- Develop writeback functionality into the tool as needed.

- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent resident, due to the nature of client engagements.
- Senior Consultant-Bachelor's Degree AND THREE (3+) plus years post-graduation work experience; Or Master’s degree AND ONE (1+) plus year post-graduation work experience Federal agencies, State and Local Government, or Energy Provider clients.
- Managing Consultant-Bachelor's Degree AND FIVE (5+) plus years post-graduation work experience; Or Master’s degree AND THREE (3+) plus year post-graduation work experience supporting either Federal agencies, State and Local Government, or Energy Provider clients
- Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid client-facing environment.
- Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office.
