SGS is seeking a motivated high school student to join their Wireless Conformance Testing team to provide hands-on exposure to real-world engineering practices and test methodologies in the field of wireless communications.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of math, physics, or electronics (school coursework acceptable).
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis (Preferred).
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) - Intermediate user proficiency Required
- Language Skills: English - Intermediate level Required
- Mathematical Skills: Intermediate level Required
Responsibilities
- Support engineering staff with test setup and equipment preparation (under supervision).
- Assist in data collection, entry, and organization of test results.
- Help with basic troubleshooting and verification of test equipment connectivity.
- Maintain lab cleanliness, cable management, and equipment labeling.
- Shadow engineers to learn wireless conformance testing processes and industry standards.
- Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill SGS quality requirements.

- Current high school student (junior or senior year preferred) with strong interest in engineering, computer science, or related field.
