Requirements
- Basic knowledge of software applications
- Aptitude for/desire to learn computer maintenance/repair
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering program
Responsibilities
- Set up PC’s, laptops, other equipment for new employees
- Troubleshoot defective hardware and coordinate with vendors for warranty repair or replacement
- Staging, re-imaging, and configuring computers to meet company standards and ensure all required applications are installed
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware and associated software applications and communications problems with computer systems
- Perform hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Local issues with equipment like printers, computers, and other hardware issues
- Assist in multiple audits: Quarterly system access, software, licensing

- High School Graduation required
- Strong customer focus
- Flexible daytime hours, Monday-Friday, ~20 hrs/week
- Must be enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering program
