Support the organization and improvement of Korean genealogical records within the FamilySearch database.
Requirements
- Read and understand English instructions and system tools
- Work primarily in Korean; ability to recognize and understand some Hanja
Responsibilities
- Work with Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data
- Use basic computer coding skills to process and clean data
- Review and correct metadata in the FamilySearch system
- Identify duplicate records and help merge or split record collections
- Follow project guidelines and complete tasks on time
Other
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with historical data in both English and Korean.
- Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
