Thoughtworks is looking to solve the problem of driving co-sell opportunities with its most important ecosystem partners in the Software and Platform market, and delivering measurable growth through deep, hands-on co-selling of its industry service offerings.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the cloud and AI ecosystem, with practical understanding of architectures, services, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience building the foundational elements of partner-led sales and collaborating cross-functionally to develop co-sell strategies and offerings.
  • Strong consultative sales and business acumen to position Thoughtworks as a leading technology partner.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for structuring large, multi-partner engagements.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling for partnerships and enterprise offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical vision and commercial value to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver joint market development plans with key ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-value relationships with partner sales executives and sales teams.
  • Identify new opportunities, growth paths, and accounts by leveraging partner channels.
  • Scale our industry service offerings and execute targeted strategies to identify, validate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Integrate Thoughtworks offerings into client-facing engagements and proposals.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams across Thoughtworks.
  • Mentor colleagues, foster internal talent, and contribute to our community.

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Progressive experience in business development, technology consulting, or strategic alliance management.
  • Proven track record in a senior sales, channel, or alliance leadership role with a focus on driving co-sell motions and achieving joint success with ecosystem partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, build, and grow C-level relationships within large enterprises, with experience closing complex, multi-party deals.
  • A collaborative mindset, integrity, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
