Meta Reality Labs is looking to solve the business problem of driving and delivering their go-to-channel strategy with partners for wearables Eyewear Channel
Requirements
- Experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large channel marketing budgets
- Experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples
- Experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand
- Experience with working with visual merchandising and field services programs/teams
- Experience and clear understanding of how retailers measure and manage their businesses. Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc
- Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Channel Marketing, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
- Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Channel Marketing strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
- Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
- Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects
- Assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
- Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings
- Managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
Other
- 5+ years experience in a channel marketing/sales role or relatable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Travel to present and gather customer requirements
- People management experience
- Demonstrable, proven presentation skills required
