U.S. Bank is looking to improve the user experience and communication for its partners regarding their Card portfolios, aiming to keep them informed and engaged to increase card sales. The role will help build capabilities for easily digestible reports, self-service training, and timely updates.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of related experience in database and information systems environments
- High level of skill telling data stories through Tableau or similar BI tool
- Experience working with BI tools and data platforms in a client-facing or enablement capacity
- Ability to communicate analysis
- Ability to interpret business requirements
- Working knowledge of MS tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision of a secure, client-specific web-based reporting experience, focusing on support, training, and communication features
- Advocate for a frictionless client experience by shaping platform interfaces that are easy to navigate, visually coherent, and tailored to varying levels of data literacy
- Help shape the future state of the platform
- Help manage secure data experience, ensuring confidentiality and integrity across clients
- Develop and deliver training programs (live, recorded, or self-serve)
- Lead or support communications related to product updates, training announcements, and client enablement resources
- Support client onboarding, training, and enablement efforts—both directly and in partnership with Business Development and Customer Success teams
