Google Search needs to cultivate a growing ecosystem to meet users' evolving content needs by bringing the best content to Google Search and Discover and training DeepMind Gen AI models, requiring support for integrations with external partners and internal clients to scale emerging product solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
  • Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
  • Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

Responsibilities

  • Provide one to one technical onboarding, debugging and troubleshooting support for partners.
  • Work with cross-functional (including Engineering, Product Management, Business Development) and gTech-internal stakeholders to facilitate Search product launches requiring partner/platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize product features required to improve the partner onboarding experience and enable onboarding at scale.
  • Partner with product engineering teams to accelerate the development and troubleshooting of APIs/workflows to drive business impact.
  • Contribute and improve best practices around authoring workflows to increase efficiency, re-usability, and scaling via tooling, automation, and technical documentation.
  • Improve product maturity from incubation to activation to scale working with gUP product operations and horizontal teams to drive operational efficiencies through vendor operations as well as agentic AI workflows and automation.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • great investigative and communication skills and enjoy being the user/partner advocating their needs with cross-functional teams within Google.
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
