Greenheck Group is seeking a Product Specialist to handle inquiries from representatives and end customers regarding parts products, and to support order processing functions for these parts orders.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of codes and standards for applicable products.
- Develop understanding of other equipment in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to product support team on basic technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external salespeople in the areas of product selection and application.
- Gather information and provide resolution to field problems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide input on product roadmap, including new products and product enhancements.
- Review and provide input for improvement on technical product documentation.
- Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.
- Front-end support for all inquiries related to equipment in the field that may require quote generation.

- 2 Year / Associate Degree Required or equivalent years of job experience required
