SANY America is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly motivated Parts Sales Data Analyst to join their America's team in Peachtree City, GA to support the heavy equipment OEM's dealer and key account parts sales business by analyzing sales, pricing, and dealer inventory data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of parts sales dynamics, pricing strategies, procurement processes and inventory management in an OEM/dealer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales performance data from dealers, key accounts, and internal systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track parts sales by category (filters, fluids, hoses, batteries, ground-engaging tools, etc.), dealer group, and customer segment.
  • Monitor sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, highlighting variances and opportunities.
  • Measure sales capture rate, market share, and profitability across product categories.
  • Support the development and monitoring of pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and margin alignment.
  • Track competitor pricing (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, etc.) and benchmark performance across the dealer network.
  • Provide analytical support for rebate programs, incentive structures, and commission tracking.

  • Local to Atlanta, 5 days in office work schedule
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in aftermarket parts, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience working with dealer/distributor sales channels is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
