JPMorgan Chase is looking to innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle for their Payments division. The goal is to develop profitable products that provide customer value, ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability, and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Understand how to use data to drive business value leveraging a range of analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python).
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and various data access patterns for BI and AI
- Experience in large SaaS or data organizations
Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Acts as a visionary and thought leader in transforming how data is used across payments.
- Drives the end-to-end development of new analytics solutions and capabilities including ideation, product strategy, delivery, and commecialization.
- Work directly with engineering and data science teams, providing clarity around goals and acceptance criteria.

- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Execution focused and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in decision making.
- Superior problem structuring and communication skills to enable senior management decision making.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Leads cross-functional teams as both a direct and indirect manager
