Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • 3+ years of product management experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android) including hands on expertise in writing user stories and requirements
  • Proven ability to lead agile ceremonies with strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience driving product in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience collaborating with other product managers across an organization

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Drive end to end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation
  • Lead the delivery of mobile app features, crafting detailed requirements to align cross functional teams during sprint planning and grooming sessions
  • Lead refinement sessions to create actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Other

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy, you are motivated by figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences
