Ontivity is seeking a Payroll & Data Analyst to manage data entry and reporting for a multi-entity infrastructure services company, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, data analysis, and compliance with prevailing wage or union wage requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) is strongly preferred.
 
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Microsoft Excel and reporting platforms.
 
- Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, including Davis-Bacon.
 
- Experience with multi-entity payroll and prevailing wage or union payroll.
 
- Experience with certified payroll reporting platforms (e.g., LCPtracker, eMars).
 
- Familiarity with construction project labor compliance, job costing, and data visualization tools.
 
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimization of Dayforce, including system testing, configuration, and user training.
 
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws (e.g., Davis-Bacon), including certified payroll reporting.
 
- Support processing of weekly payroll for employees across multiple states and job sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws.
 
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
 
- Develop and maintain payroll-related reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
 
- Support maintenance of accurate payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and tax filings.
 
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with project and agency requirements.
