TYLin is seeking a Payroll Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned locations, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and support payroll system implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Prior experience with Workday is a must
- Prior experience processing payroll for the US and Canada is a must
- Prior experience supporting payroll system implementations is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, بهخصوص Excel
Responsibilities
- Process all aspects of the payroll functions for assigned locations
- Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
- Ensure compliance with garnishment processing
- Comply with all Canadian and US federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
- Participate in systems implementations relating to payroll
- Work effectively with third-party vendors such as OSV
