Modern Woodmen is looking for a Computer Science or Information Systems student to join as a PC Services Technical Support Intern to gain firsthand experience in IT Help Desk support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment.
Requirements
- Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
Responsibilities
- Work Directly with our Technical Support Admins assisting them with end user support.
- Gain valuable knowledge on how to troubleshoot and resolve many issues involving hardware, software, and other equipment.

- Be prepared to assist the PC Services area with a variety of tasks.
