Requirements
- Pega System Architect Certification
- Pega 8 experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with case management system development
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies
- Certified Agile Practitioner is a plus
- Pega Senior System Architect Certification
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications based on business requirement
- Upgrade and modify applications per business needs
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
- Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
- Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
- Analyze current business processes, configuring and building software applications using Pega 8
Other
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Equivalent
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers
- Available to report to client site in Washington, DC 5 days per week
